Terms of Sale

1. Overview

These Terms of Sale govern purchases made through the Astrea Scripts webstore, operated at astreascripts.com. Astrea Scripts sells digital FiveM resources (scripts and MLOs) and a recurring subscription plan. By completing a purchase or using the store, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country of residence, or have a parent or guardian's consent to make a purchase on your behalf. Astrea Scripts reserves the right to cancel and refund an order where this requirement wasn't met.

3. Purchases & Payment

• All purchases are processed securely through Tebex, our third-party payment provider. Astrea Scripts never sees or stores your full card details.
• Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change at any time. Changing a price does not affect an order already placed.
• Completing checkout is an offer to purchase. Astrea Scripts may decline or cancel an order at its discretion, for example where a package is mispriced or the payment is flagged as fraudulent.

4. Licensing & Digital Delivery

Purchasing a script or MLO grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that resource on a single Cfx.re server licence, for as long as the server exists, unless the product page states otherwise. Reselling, redistributing, leaking or re-uploading any Astrea Scripts product, in original or modified form, is not permitted. Products are delivered digitally through your Cfx.re Portal Keymaster, generally within minutes of a successful purchase. If a purchase fails to deliver, contact us with your order reference so we can investigate.

5. Subscriptions

The Subscription plan is billed on a recurring monthly or yearly basis through Tebex until cancelled. Access to the full catalog lasts only while the subscription is active. Cancelling stops the next charge, and access continues until the end of the period already paid for, after which catalog access ends. Products you separately purchased outright are not affected by cancelling a subscription.

6. Account Requirements

You must have a valid Cfx.re Portal account to receive purchases, and are responsible for keeping it accurate. Astrea Scripts is not responsible for failed delivery caused by an incorrect or unlinked account.

7. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute against a genuine purchase, instead of contacting us for a resolution, results in an account-wide ban from future purchases and support until the dispute is resolved and any owed amount is settled. See our Refund Policy for how to request a refund directly.

8. Availability & Changes to the Service

Astrea Scripts is developed and supported by a small team and doesn't guarantee uninterrupted availability of the store or any product. Scripts, MLOs and pricing may be added, changed, rebalanced or retired over time. We'll try to honour products already purchased where reasonably possible, but future availability of any specific item isn't guaranteed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Astrea Scripts' liability for any issue with the store or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We aren't liable for indirect losses, including issues caused by third-party services like Tebex, Discord or Cfx.re. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer guarantee you're entitled to under Australian Consumer Law or the law of your country of residence.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your own country of residence.

11. Changes to These Terms

Astrea Scripts may update these terms, product licensing, or pricing at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
