• FiveM account info: if you use "Login with FiveM," we store the username you enter locally in your browser to personalise the site. This isn't sent to our servers.
• Support contact info: if you email or message us on Discord, we keep that conversation to resolve your issue.
• Basic usage data: standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and troubleshooting.

3. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for the store and checkout to function. We don't run advertising trackers.

4. How We Use Information

To deliver your purchases, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve the store. We don't sell your information to third parties.

Checkout and payment are handled by Tebex, subject to their own privacy policy. Product delivery relies on Cfx.re's Keymaster system, tied to the Cfx.re account you use at checkout. Review each provider's own privacy policy for details on how they handle your data.

We keep order records as long as needed for support, accounting and legal requirements. Support conversations are retained for a reasonable period to reference in case of follow-up issues.
